Sauna Avenue was founded by Folasade Taiwo, whose long-standing interest in wellness, healthy aging, and intentional living shaped the direction of the business. At 75, Folasade believes strongly in staying active, engaged, and purposeful throughout life, and in creating daily habits and environments that support wellbeing for the long term.

She is building Sauna Avenue with her son as a family business with a long-term outlook.
